Built in 1985 by Rosewood, Inc. on a 10-1/2 acre site, the architectural style of the Hotel Crescent Court is nineteenth-century Texan with a European traditional flair, featuring courtyards, fountains and ornamental iron work.
Original works of art are displayed in the Great Hall, a two-story vaulted room with oversized French windows and comfortable earth-toned furnishings. Dallasites gather here to enjoy continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and cocktails.
The hotel is residential in character throughout, reminiscent of the finest homes. Spacious guest rooms have sitting areas, fresh greenery and furnishings that are beautiful as well as comfortable. The baths are clad in marble and stocked with the finest soaps and bath products.
The Beau Nash restaurant is done in the style of an Old World brasserie, with an open kitchen in which diners can see the wood-burning ovens and charcoal grills.
Dinner might begin with calamari in a special tomato-garlic sauce, followed by vegetable soup with cheese ravioli and, as an entree, grilled red snapper with fresh herbs and lemon butter, or linguini with sundried tomatoes and goat cheese seasoned with garlic and basil. For dessert, passion fruit cheesecake.
The Crescent Court is a mainstream business hotel, fully equipped for conferences of all sizes. A swimming pool and full heath spa are on the premises.
