CEDAR POINT, Sandusky, Ohio (3-1/2 hours from Pittsburgh) - amusement rides, entertainment: Berenstain Bear Country, Kiddy Kingdom, Jr. Gemini roller coaster, Oceana, Jungle Larry's Safari, the Early Petting Farm. HERSHEYPARK, Hershey, Pennsylvania (about a 4-hour drive) - A theme park including German, English and Pennsylvania Dutch themes, with 4 roller coasters, 5 water rides, children's rides and live entertainment, including a dolphin show. Adjacent to field where the annual Little League World Series is held. About 5 hours from Pittsburgh. Live animal exhibits and shows. New attractions: Dolphin Cove interactive habitat, Eagle Point for rehabilitated bald eagles, Wild Wings, and Hotel Clyde and Seymour. Admission charge. Theme park based on Sesame Street; includes water rides, physical play activities, live entertainment and educational attractions. New Sky Splash with raft-like tubes for the whole family to ride in together, floating under the beak of an 8-foot tall Rubber Duckie and ending in a speeding plunge into a pool of water.
