PAMELA'S SAUSAGE STRATA 5 slices sandwich bread 1 pound sausage 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 cups milk 3 eggs 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350. Line a small buttered casserole with bread slices, one in the bottom, four on the sides. Saute the sausage, drain on paper towels, and mix it with Dijon mustard. In a separate bowl, beat milk and eggs together,then add Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Put sausage on top of bread in casserole, pour egg mixture over it and bake 40 minutes until lightly browned and puffed.
