My friend Judy raised two tennis stars on this recipe, which she kept in a giant sealed container on top of the fridge. Make a batch and take it on your trip-with the addition of milk and fresh fruits it makes an outstanding breakfast, snack or whatever, and healthy, too!

Judy's Granola

4 cups rolled oats
1-1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup bran

Add some raisins the last few minutes of cooking time. Heat 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup honey, 1-2 tbsp vanilla. Combine honey - oil mixture with dry ingredients bake on cookie sheet at 375 for 30-40 minutes or so stirring every 5 minutes.
